Author Visits at the Elm Grove Library
Added to Summer Schedule

Visits from two new authors of children’s books have been added to the summer schedule at the Elm Grove Public Library:

Friday, July 11 at 10:30 a.m. 

Amy Hufnal will read from her book 3 Bilingual “Read to Me” Stories and talk about her work with children in Peru, Costa Rica and East Africa.  The program will be of interest to children from age 3 to early elementary age.  This program is scheduled at the time weekly story time normally takes place, so regular story time attendees are welcome!

Friday, July 25 at 10:30 a.m. 

Kim Gravenkamp will read her book C is for Cameron but also for Cecil as part of our story time.  Cameron the caterpillar and Cecil the centipede learn lessons about life and new readers learn about the different sounds of the letter “C”. 

This program will be of interest to early readers as well as all regular story time attendees.
